Everything people ask us before they book.
How far in advance should I book?
Open Studio, Kids Class, Parent + Child and Date Night are booked at least 24 hours ahead — pick any free slot online. Birthday parties and corporate events need at least 48 hours. Weekend dates fill three to six weeks out, so the earlier you write, the more choice you have.
How long does a session take?
Sixty minutes for Open Studio, Kids Class and Parent + Child. Ninety minutes for Date Night and birthday parties — no rushing, no clock-watching.
Do I need art experience?
None at all. We guide you the whole way, and there is no wrong bear — just yours.
What ages can participate?
Kids Class is for ages 5 and up. Open Studio and our group class are for ages 12 and up. Younger children paint together with a grown-up in Parent + Child — one bear, two people, made side by side.
When can I pick up my bear?
Bears need three to four days to dry completely. We message you the moment yours is ready to collect.
What is included?
Everything: your bear, all the paints, brushes, aprons and gloves, and a host who runs the session. You bring nothing.
How does Parent + Child work?
One adult and one child work on a single bear together for sixty minutes. One chooses the colors, the other pours — and it comes out as one thing you both made.
Can I book without paying now?
Yes. Open Studio, Date Night and Parent + Child can be booked and paid online in a minute. For everything else — and for anyone not ready to pay yet — send us the date you have in mind through the form and we confirm it together. Nothing is charged.
Can you come to my location?
Yes. We bring the bears, the paints and the full setup to your office or your home — you provide the space. Off-site sessions start at ten guests and we run groups of up to a hundred.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Plans change. Let us know at least 48 hours before your session and we rebook you or refund you in full. Inside 48 hours we cannot refund, but write to us anyway — we will do what we can.
